Two nominations at The Loyalty Magazine Awards

We were recently absolutely thrilled to be nominated for not one, but two, awards at The Loyalty Magazine Awards for our Ecrm work with AkzoNobel.

We were nominated, along with our good friends m-wise, for Best B2B Loyalty Programme and Best Use of CRM.

Unfortunately, we were pipped to the post for both awards. IBM were the winners of the Best B2B Loyalty Programme Award and Vodaphone took home the prize for Best Use of CRM.

It was a great experience to be nominated and to be alongside such prestigious competition.

Also, it was our first ever virtual awards gala – which was fun.

Lewis Alderson, CRM Manager at AkzoNobel said “It was an honour for us to be nominated in two categories at the Loyalty Magazine Awards 2020 (Best Use of CRM & Best B2B Loyalty Programme) as recognition for our hard work on improving the marketing automation with Dulux Trade in the UK. Thanks especially to our agency partners (m-wise and Red C) for all of their hard work and support in getting us to this position and it was a pleasure to virtually attend the awards with the account team from Red C. We’ll continue to push on further in this field, so watch this space for more to come.”
